LibDaD Consulting (Democracy, Digitalization, and Development) is a consultancy firm and research organization based in and registered under the laws of Timor-Leste. We focus on development and democracy in Timor-Leste and the wider Southeast Asia region.
Services and Thematic Focus
We provide consultancy services including research, writing, training, policy and legislative review, strategic planning, workshop and conference facilitation, capacity-building, advocacy, and campaign management. These services center on six thematic areas:

Our ultimate goal is to promote genuine development, participatory democracy, and sovereignty in the region.
