LibDaD Consulting (Democracy, Digitalization, and Development) is a consultancy firm and research organization based in and registered under the laws of Timor-Leste. We focus on development and democracy in Timor-Leste and the wider Southeast Asia region.

We write and publish on alternative voices, practices, and challenges regarding development, democracy, strategies, and policies facing Timor-Leste (as a Least Developed Country) and the people and states of Southeast Asia.
